Our History
Tapsington Estate was conceived with the goal of creating a premier living environment in Marondera. The project began in 2016 with the vision of transforming a vast expanse of land into a vibrant community. Over the years, we have meticulously planned and developed the estate, ensuring that every detail aligns with our commitment to quality, sustainability, and community. Today, Tapsington Estate stands as a testament to our dedication to excellence and our passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces.
Our Team
Tapson Stanley Togarasei Dzvetero
Executive Chairman Director
Tapson has a Masters in Constitutional Law and a degree in Law from the Midlands State University and the University of Zimbabwe respectively, and a degree in MSc Real Estate Management and Development with the University of Witwatersrand. His interests lie in property and commercial litigation, constitutional property and property developmental law, investment law and general investment consultancy, conveyancing and estate administration and white-collar criminal law.
Darlington Tshuma
Executive Director
Darlington is a holder of a Law Degree from the university of Zimbabwe and a Masters in Business Administration from WUA. He is the latest member to join the team and brings with him a wealth of experience having been the public sector a legal advisor for over 15 years. He has a very strong appreciation of land rights, housing estate development and property development in general. Darlington has interests in agriculture, mining and real estate.
